I want to thank all of you who were able to attend the Character Coach Training this past Sunday! We've been busy contacting all our fall sport coaches to make sure that they are still 100% on board and I'm excited to say that there is still a great enthusiasm among the coaches (and the number of coaches interested continues to grow!!)! They can't wait to meet you all!
Since many of you were unable to come to our training this past weekend, we are going to do another training at our office on Aug. 6 from 6pm-9pm. If you are interested in serving as a Character Coach for a fall sport you will need to be in attendance! All character coaches must come to a training before they will be placed with a team. Please RSVP with our office by Monday Aug. 3rd. Again, you can let us know if you have a preference on a team. We are working on several placement now and will be contacting many of you in within the next couple of weeks.
Remember, if you have not filled out the ministry leader application yet you can do so at http://www.fca.org/mla . Let us know if you have any questions about the packet (note: those of you who came last Sunday, the "commitment card" is included in this packet).
