FCA Volunteers:
We are making preparations for the fall sports season and our second full year of implementing the FCA Character Coach Program. Last year we had many great opportunities for volunteers to get paired up with a fall sports teams and serve them as a "Character Coach," or chaplain. This year, we hope to continue to expand the influence of Christ through this great program! If you are interested in participating again, or did not get placed last year with a fall sports team and would like to inquire about opportunities this fall, please let us know.
Next Thursday, July 15th, at First Alliance Church (2201 Old Higbee Mill Road, Lexington, KY 40514-4047) from 6-9pm will will have our fall sports CHARACTER COACH TRAINING. If you have attended a training before you do NOT need to come, but are welcome. Perhaps you might have a friend that would like to participate? If you or someone you know plans to come, pleas RSVP with our office by no later than next Wednesday. All volunteers wishing to participate must attend a training prior to being placed with a team.
